We’ve made it another year which means another round of walkthroughs are beginning.
You (the owner) will receive a report from Chris or Sarah with a list of findings (IF ANY!) and an update on if your tenant would like to lock in a one year lease or stay month to month. We then work with you to decide what projects are on a need to be done basis, and what you’d like to change with your tenant if anything.
We also work closely with every vendor doing repairs in your home to make sure the tenants are happy, clean, and taking care of your home. If we are alerted of anything out of the ordinary we will act on it immediately.
Inspections are being done primarily by Chris Marshall and Patrick Riley (our licensed contractor), with Sarah Benedict stepping in to assist where needed.
In the past these inspections were not being done and we have taken the reigns full force to get into every single home and find out everything that has happened or has not been fixed. We strive to provide our tenants with clean and safe homes, and our owners with the trust that we are here every step of the way.
